How many times during the year have you thought that someone ought to be nominated as “Citizen of the Year”
It was Robinvale Euston Business Association who established this award a couple of years back. The Swan Hill Rural City Council has had Citizen of the Year Awards for many years. Sometimes Robinvale residents have been awarded these, but REBA thought rightly so that it would be worthwhile for them to have our own citizen award.
